* Promotional offers (e.g., 40% off websites, 37% off apps, first month free marketing, 33% off AI solutions) are valid until December 31, 2025, for Gurugram-based clients, subject to availability and compliance with payment terms.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials provided as part of the Services remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to you, except for proprietary tools or third-party components, which remain licensed.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services without prior written consent.

6. User Content
Any content you provide (e.g., website text, images, or marketing materials) must:
* Be accurate and owned by you or licensed for use.
* Not infringe on third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
* We are not responsible for user-provided content and may remove it if it violates these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., lead generation, sales) as results depend on external factors beyond our control.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:
You remain liable for any outstanding payments.
Your right to use deliverables ceases until payment is completed.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
