Payments for our services are structured to ensure clarity and fairness. The following terms apply based on the service selected:
* Professional Website Development : 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion.
* Mobile Application Development : 40% upfront, 30% at mid-project milestone, 30% upon delivery.
* Digital Marketing : Monthly billing, first month free for select plans, invoiced at the start of each billing cycle.
* AI Solutions : 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery.
* Other Services (e.g., Software Development, Cyber Security) : Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement, typically 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., 18% GST), which will be added to the invoice unless otherwise stated.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Bank Transfer and Cash.
All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption, ensuring your data is protected.
4. Invoicing and Billing
Invoices are issued upon agreement of the project scope and sent to the email provided during consultation. Key details include:
* Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
* Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week, up to a maximum of 15% of the invoice amount.
* Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy below.
* Invoices include applicable taxes (e.g., 18% GST), clearly itemized.
5. Refund Policy
Our services are delivered with a commitment to 98% client satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are limited:
* Non-Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline.
* Non-Conformance: Partial refund (up to 50%) if the delivered service does not meet the agreed specifications, subject to review.
* Promotional Offers: Services under promotional pricing are non-refundable.
* Refund Process: Submit a refund request to support@digitalraasta.com within 7 days of delivery, including project details and issues faced. Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
No refunds are provided for work in progress, client delays, or changes in requirements after project initiation.
