* Non-Conformance: A partial refund (up to 50% of the paid amount) may be issued if the delivered service does not meet the agreed specifications, subject to review and verification by our team.
* Promotional Offers: Services purchased under promotional pricing are non-refundable unless non-delivery occurs.
* No Refunds for Work in Progress: No refunds will be provided for projects in progress, client-induced delays, or changes in requirements after project initiation.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
* Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences not specified in the project agreement.
* Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or feedback.
* Services partially or fully completed as per the agreed scope.
* Promotional offers or discounted services, unless non-delivery is confirmed.
* Cancellation after project milestones have been initiated.
