1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to website development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and AI solutions (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided
Our Services include: Professional Website Development: Custom websites delivered within agreed timelines. Mobile Application Development: Android and iOS apps with specified features. Digital Marketing: SEO, Google Ads, and social media management. AI Solutions: Chatbot setup and machine learning implementation. All Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms
Payments for Services must be made as per the agreed schedule: Website Development: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion. Mobile Application: 40% upfront, 30% mid-project, 30% upon delivery. Digital Marketing: Monthly billing, first month free for select plans. AI Solutions: 50% upfront, 50% after consultation and delivery. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate and complete information for project requirements. Ensuring timely feedback and approvals during project milestones. Maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials provided. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables (e.g., website code, app, or marketing assets) transfers to the client. We retain the right to use project outcomes in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients must not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior consent.

6. Limited Time Offers
Promotional offers (e.g., 40% off websites, 37% off apps, first month free marketing, 33% off AI solutions) are valid until December 31, 2025, and subject to: Availability for India-based businesses only. One offer per client; non-transferable. Compliance with payment and project terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., lead generation, sales) as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate a Service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination: Clients are liable for payment of work completed. Deliverables remain with us until full payment is received.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
